As this is a custom piece of work, the dispatch dates may vary (depending on what you have ordered, and how many). I will aim to dispatch within 1-4 working days of you placing your order. If you have a deadline e.g. a birthday, please do email me at alicia@justlissydesigns.com before you order so I can try and accommodate!
I offer free first class delivery on all UK orders. Royal Mail usually aims to deliver these the next working day (including Saturday). If you are in a hurry, then please email/message me before placing an order and I will see what I can do to speed it up.
Please note, I cannot accept liability for any postage issues (e.g. delays / lost in the post). If you would like me to send with a tracked or signed service, please let me know ahead of ordering.
