Each item is handmade to order, so I aim to create and dispatch your order within a few days. However, depending on my current workload, delivery could take up to 2 weeks (worst case scenario). If you have a specific deadline in mind, please include it in the notes at checkout. I’ll always do my best to accommodate it, and if for any reason I can’t, I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Please note that these are handmade and handwritten so slight variations to each other, and to photos may be visible.
I will aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, but this may vary depending on what you have ordered, and how many. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, I will send the orders with a 2nd class Royal Mail service. If you have a deadline e.g. a birthday or event, please do email me at alicia@justlissydesigns.com before you order so I can try and accommodate!
Please note, I cannot accept liability for any postage issues including but not limited to delivery delays, being lost in the post, damage during transit etc. If you would like me to send with a tracked or signed service, please let me know ahead of placing your order.
